Nancy Kondos grew up in Albany, GA, on country red dirt roads. Nothing fancy about her home, and she wore a lot of homemade clothes.

The best thing that happened to her then was growing up with dogs that were her best friends. Shag, Rag, and Lulu made a great pack that greatly flavored Nancy’s summers of hot, humid days.
